 Ali Ihsan Gökalp is the owner and director of the company. He graduated from GAZI UNIVERSITY in 1975 as a civil engineer. He has been always working in construction industry and developments since 1975. He started to work in Isparta at first as a civil engineer and moved to Alanya in the beginning of 1980's to establish his own company. Since 1980's he has built many properties and different projects like hotels under the name of GOKALP DEVELOPMENTS Company. He is one of the oldest civil engineers who is still working effectively in construction industry in Alanya and his name is generally well known with his greatest business mentality in whole Alanya.

S.Cüneyt Gökalp has joined to the company in 2001 after graduation from Oxford Brookes University Engineering Department. He studied in England as a mechanical engineer. He shows his best performances to build up the company and take a responsibility of managing company. His critical decisions are absolutely admirable ability of him. CARMEN series projects and last project, Jasmine Kleopatra Apartments, have been done by his great effort and in the mean time he takes a strong role in marketing and financial strategies in the company.

 Özgür Gökalp is the youngest co-director of Gokalp Construction and GOKALP DEVELOPMENTS company. He is a well qualified civil engineer as his father. He is working in the company with new resort hotel project in AFYON. He has joined the family business after graduating in engineering Department from University of South Florida in U.S.A. He came back to Turkey from America in 2007 after his 4 year-undergraduate education. Now he has a crucial responsibility of SAFRAN AQUA RESORT HOTEL project as a company manager.
